The “B” And “N” Word

The word bitch seems to literally touch some people in the wrong spot. The term upsets, distresses, and agitates them.

The word Bitch gets these people highly emotional and from what I’ve seen I think the response is quite ridiculous.

I never understood why so many women get riled up over the word “Bitch”.

It’s just a word that has no significant value.

Just as the word “Nigger”, individuals place so much emphasis on words that are totally without meaning, even if people base their own feelings of what they believe or define when they assert their expressions.

Many of these name calling terms have been constantly used so much within society that they just subconsciously become a repetitive habit-forming part of some people’s vocabulary.

Getting hurt or offended over these names are self-inspired.

It’s as if our society groomed and programmed individuals to become conditioned (brainwashed) to react and be affected in order to cause influence within their personal attitudes.

What is offensive to me is when one expects that I should or would get bothered by being called a bitch or a nigger.

Nevertheless, everyone doesn’t think like me.

When I use the word bitch it’s just particularly said on impulse and/or mode. So if anyone calls me a bitch it goes through one ear and out the other.

Profanity

Monday, April 17, 2006 at 9:44 AM EDT

Bitch, Fuck, Shit and Ass, are all curse words that for a while now have been made legitimate since they can be found inside of a dictionary.

Some people find words of that particular nature offensive or obscene, and it has been said that people who swear on a regular basis are limited in their vocabulary.

Curse words don’t bother me.

I do believe that often some use them unnecessarily. One doesn’t always have to utter bad language in order to get their point across. I use profanity to express myself because it is a small reasonable part of my mode of verbal expression. That is just the way i talk, but it isn’t a habit for me.

There is a time and a place to watch what comes out of your mouth because some things need to be said with a little decency. If one really wants to they can pierce just as much using regular words if they’re ingenious enough to know how.

Name-Calling

Words such as “Bitch” or “Slut” seem to be a verbal weapon among many, especially from a man towards a woman. But do those words really have any significance? Not to me they don’t!

The only power a person gets by saying those words is the power that you give to them.

Those type of words do offend a lot of women. But if you really dig down deep into it, words like that are stupid and don’t have to be hurtful. By putting emphasis on them then you give them meaning. And that can go for any word someone may throw at you as an insult.

Remember, even if someone thinks that you are putting up a front because you don’t respond to their nonsense keep ignoring them, that way of thinking is just a result of their own small-mindedness.

A great mind doesn’t have time to store garbage that does not apply to them! Never place value on idle words.
